Customisable aluminium panels, ceilings and louvers for interiors and facades
DML’s aluminium composite panels, BComb honeycomb panels, ceilings and louvers give designers a customisable family of surfaces for ceilings, facades and partitions. With more than two decades in ceilings and louvers, the range has been used in transport, commercial and residential projects across Malaysia.
ABOUT THIS ENTRY
This entry brings together DML’s aluminium architectural surfaces: the DML ALU Aluminium Composite Panel (4 mm, in PE and FR versions), the 15 mm DML Aluminium BComb honeycomb panel, and the DML range of aluminium ceilings and louvers. Panels are supplied in 1,250 mm and 1,550 mm widths, cut to length up to 6 m, with a weight of approximately 4 kg per square metre. Perforation patterns, panel shapes and finishes can be customised, so the systems can be used for ceilings, facades, sunshades and partitions, for both interior and exterior applications. The ceiling and louver range has been on the market since 2000, and the composite and BComb panels since February 2021. The range is offered by DML Products (Johor) Sdn. Bhd. of Senai, Johor.
WHY THIS ENTRY STANDS OUT
The DML systems give designers a high degree of freedom: perforation patterns, panel shapes and finishes can be tailored, and custom patterns can carry logos or brand graphics. Aluminium’s corrosion resistance and easy cleaning suit high-traffic interiors as well as exterior use, and the lightweight panels are designed for efficient installation on large projects. The aluminium components are recyclable. Fire performance is supported by BOMBA Class ‘O’ and BS 8414 external cladding certification (certificates issued to DML ALU Sdn. Bhd.), and project references include RTS Station and RTS ICQC in Johor Bahru, Oxley Tower KLCC and KWASA Damansara.
